ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Guest Relations – Key Contact for Our Clients
As the primary point of contact for our guests, the Guest Relations professional embodies the soul and excellence of the chalet. A true conductor of the guest experience, he/she anticipates, coordinates, and personalizes every stage of the stay to deliver an unforgettable experience, with particular attention to VIP guests.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
Deliver a unique, seamless, and memorable experience to every guest before, during, and after their stay,
Provide a personalized welcome, taking into account guest preferences and profiles,
Ensure regular follow-up throughout the stay (in-room accompaniment, presentation of services, interactions in common areas),
Anticipate and respond to requests, manage unforeseen situations, and coordinate internal and external services,
Oversee complaint management and ensure prompt, satisfactory resolution,
Update guest profiles and conduct pre-arrival research to personalize the welcome.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Act as the liaison between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Spa, and Management,
Provide operational support to teams as needed (check-in/check-out, room inspections, bar or breakfast service),
Be present during key moments (VIP arrivals, peak periods, events).
Ambassador of the Property
Represent the chalet’s image and values with professionalism, elegance, and warmth,
Build and maintain trusted relationships with guests, partners, and teams,
Apply and ensure compliance with service standards and safety regulations.
Sales & Guest Loyalty
Actively promote all hotel services and encourage their use,
Propose and organize tailor-made services to enhance the guest experience,
Contribute to guest loyalty through personalized relationships and exceptional service.

Organized, detail-oriented, and versatile, you know how to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all circumstances.
Key Skills
Experience in luxury hospitality.
Knowledge of the region and its attractions.
Proficiency with IT tools and hotel management systems.
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
